PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $10,520,383.06. This contract consists of providing armed and/or unarmed, uniformed security guard services at multiple County facilities to ensure the protection of staff, visitors, and property.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current market, there have been unprecedented increases in the costs to do business and in employment of security guard personnel. This request is to increase funding to allow All N One Security Services, Inc. the ability to retain and continue to recruit new security guards. At almost 17%, this contract amount increase will allow an unarmed security guard pay rate to increase from $10.00 to $16.00 per hour and an armed security guard pay rate to increase from $13.00 to $18.00 per hour.
The increased billed hourly rates for unarmed and armed security guards will be retroactively effective as of September 2, 2022.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
All N One Security Services, Inc., 3915 Cascade Road, Suite 340, Atlanta, GA 30331
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,765,489.40
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
