PURPOSE:
To consider a Resolution authorizing the creation of DeKalb County Tax Allocation District Number 5: Southwest DeKalb TAD and approving the DeKalb County Tax Allocation District Number 5: Southwest DeKalb TAD Redevelopment Plan as attached hereto.
NEED/IMPACT:
If not for the creation of DeKalb County Tax Allocation District Number 5: Southwest DeKalb TAD funds would not be available for the infrastructure and connectivity improvements necessary to address the concerns of area residents.
