Awarded by the BOC on January 25, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $80,000.00. This request is for consent to assignment of Contract No. 1280879 to CS Truck & Trailer Repair, Inc. with no change in contract terms, conditions or prices.
RECOMMENDATION:

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the consent to assignment and all associated documents.
