PURPOSE:

Authorize DeKalb County to enter into a lease agreement with Georgia Power to provide street and pedestrian lighting along the public frontage for DeKalb County Fire Stations 16 and 27. 

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Approval is needed to enter into a lease agreement with Georgia Power to provide street and pedestrian lighting along the public frontage for Fire Station 16 at 4242 Arthur J. Queen Drive (to install 20- 100-watt LED Post Top lights) and Fire Station 27 at 7558 Pleasant Hill Road (to install 3- 100-watt LED Post Top lights). 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Fire Rescue Station 16 $100,996.00 (SPLOST Funded)

Fire Rescue Station 27 $15,149.00 (SPLOST Funded)
