PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 24, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $124,284.00. Consists of modifying the current office space at the Sanitation Administration building to include four (4) additional offices. Due to the relocation of three (3) Keep DeKalb Beautiful employees from the Administration building, the original scope of work has changed from four (4) offices to one (1); which will no longer require a space modification. The user department requests rescission of the award to RDW Construction Company, LLC.
