PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on Jan 3, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. This contract consists of providing management of false alarms through proprietary software specifically designed to assist in false alarm reductions based in accordance with County Ordinance. This request is for adding additional funds for the County’s portion of the shared revenue cost with the Public Safety Corporation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed $950,000.00 with:
AOT Public Safety Corporation, 103 Paul Mellon Court, Suite A, Waldorff, MD 20602
Amount Not To Exceed: $950,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
