To accept a $50,000 Park Pride Community Building Grant for capital improvements at DeKalb Memorial Park; accept $5,000 from Friends of DeKalb Memorial Park; allocate $15,000 from District 3 account 09130.579002.272.0000.0000 and $7,242.37 from RPCA account 06117.521209.271.0000.0000.
NEED/IMPACT
This grant is designated for the installation of a playground at DeKalb Memorial Park. The playground will provide additional recreational opportunities for the surrounding community. The total project budget is $193,916.68.
