PURPOSE:
To amend the 2026 operating budget and reallocate funding from closed capital improvement projects to new projects.
NEED/IMPACT:
This item amends the 2026 operating budget and reallocates available balances from closed capital improvement project awards to new capital improvement projects.

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
