To pass a resolution requesting that the general assembly increase funding to the State Public Health Department;
NEED/IMPACT:
The State, DeKalb County and the people we serve have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the most pronounced deficiencies identified have been in the area of public health
