PURPOSE:
The Department of Watershed Management has invested in Kahua as an enterprise Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support transparency, governance, and effective delivery of its 10-year, $4.6B capital program. The value of Kahua depends not only on the technical configuration of the platform, but also on how governance, roles, reporting, data integrations, and staff capability are defined and sustained over time.
DWM would like to engage SG Contracting Inc. to provide independent support services for the evaluation of Kahua implementation and governance of DWM's Consent Decree and Other Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects.
SG Contracting has significant experience in the use of software for construction management activities and can provide the require system assessment, evaluation and recommendations to ensure that Kahua is implemented to meet the needs of DWM executive leadership.
