Termination of Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement with Andrew Julian.  There is no cost to the County.

PURPOSE:

To consider approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space C-9 with Andrew Julian, effective June 2, 2025; and

To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because he sold his airplane and joined the Bonanza 5 Flying Club based out of PDK.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

This is the termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
