COMMUNITY COUNCIL: CC-1: NO QUORUM; CC-2: APPROVAL; CC-3: NO QUORUM; CC-4: APPROVAL; CC-5: APPROVAL.
PLANNING COMMISSION: ADOPT, WITH CHANGES
PLANNING STAFF: APPROVAL
STAFF ANALYSIS: Staff recommends approving the attached 2019 Rezoning Calendar and Resolution which includes the modification requested by Council 1. The Resolution reflects the same content as prior year.
PLANNING COMMISSION VOTE: Adopt, with amendments 6-0-0. M. Butts moved, J. West seconded for adoption of the 2019 Rezone Calendar and Resolution, with a change to the November 2019 Planning Commission hearing dates as follows: Change November 5, 2019 to November 7, 2019; and change the “As Needed” PC hearing date to November 12, 2019.
COMMUNITY COUNCIL VOTE/RECOMMENDATION: CC-1: No Quorum (3 present requested their Feb. 18, 2019 be changed to Feb. 19, 2019, due to the holiday; CC-2: APPROVAL; CC-3: No Quorum (6 present commented “Approve”); CC-4: APPROVAL; CC-5 APPROVAL.
