PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 12, 2021, to four (4) contractors for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. On December 20, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. This request is to increase the contract funds for use by R&D for demolition of properties recently purchased by the County.
