CA - Sourcewell Contract No. 030223-DAK Scoreboards, Digital Displays, and Video Boards with Related Services (Cooperative Agreement): for use by the DeKalb Peachtree (PDK) Airport. This request seeks to ratify a previously issued Purchase Order to purchase from the competitively let Sourcewell Contract No. 030223-DAK for the provision and replacement of the Airport's Electronic Message Center (EMC). The Airport's existing EMC is outdated and out of warranty, rendering repairs to be costly and no longer beneficial. This purchase features a larger and higher resolution display, covers the removal and disposal of the old EMC, as well as installation, set-up, and maintenance services of the new EMC. Awarded to Daktronics, Inc. Amount Not To Exceed: $124,625.00.

PURPOSE:
On November 24, 2025, Purchase Order No. 5057885 to purchase from the competitively let Sourcewell Contract No. 030223-DAK for the provision and replacement of the Airport's EMC. The Airport's existing EMC is outdated and out of warranty, rendering repairs to be costly and no longer beneficial, making this upgrade a cost-effective and efficient solution. This purchase features a larger and higher resolution display, covers the removal and disposal of the old EMC, as well as installation, set-up, and maintenance services. Additionally, the purchase includes shipping, labor, a five (5) year parts warranty, and a ten (10) year subscription to a web-based display management system software.
