PURPOSE:
Chief Executive Officer Michael L. Thurmond is appointing Commissioner Stephen R. "Steve" Bradshaw to the ex officio seat on the DeKalb County Board of Health to be held by the CEO or his designee pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sec. 31-3-2(1).
NEED/IMPACT:
Commissioner Bradshaw currently serves at Presiding Officer for the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners. His decades of service for the public and in the military uniquely qualifies him to serve in this capacity. Specifically, he brings a high level of leadership that has been of great benefit to DeKalb County and all of its citizens.
