PURPOSE:
Awarded on March 19, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On June 5, 2025, an emergency purchase was awarded for an amount not to exceed $24,000.00. On April 17, 2025, awarded an amount not to exceed $72,000.00. This contract consists of providing integrated communications to educate, engage and inform DeKalb County's voters about information related to election cycle which require robust voter engagement and communications. While the voting experience takes time and resources, an effective communication plan will save voters and election officials time during critical points in the election cycle. This efficiency in messaging provides voters with better customer services and helps voters to participate in electoral process.
