PURPOSE:

Consists of the replacement of Hammermill I Lift Station located at 4756 Hammermill Road. This is a Consent Decree project that is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2017. The County will provide the lift station equipment for assembly and installation. Two (2) bids were received.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action    

Recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:                                                                      Sol Construction, LLC, 4120 Presidential Parkway, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30340                                           Amount Not To Exceed: $648,815.00                                                                                                                  And authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
