PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 12, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $955,290.00. On October 11, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a non-compensatory extension of time and term. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed by $98,900.00. This contract consists of the provision of engineering services, construction administration, construction management and design services for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. This request is for an additional 365 days of performance time and extend the contract term to allow for the completion of work associated with the ongoing water line installation of the Waterline Replacement Group 3 (Fairoaks Road) contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 to extend the contract time by 365 days and the contract term to December 31, 2018 with:
McGee Partners, Inc., 13 Corporate Boulevard, N.E., Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30329
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
