PURPOSE:
To consider accepting the award of $117,558 with a county match of $20,746 from CACJ to the DeKalb County DUI Court Program.
NEED/IMPACT:
CACJ has awarded the DUI Court Program $117,558 with a required match of $20,746 to fund drug testing, contract services, training/travel for team members for program certification, and transportation for participants.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The award period is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The match of $20,746 is already budgeted for and would require no additional fees.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the award of $117,558 with a match of $20,746 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents and appropriate said funds.
