PURPOSE:
On February 25, 2025, the BOC approved the Sole Source for ImageCast Ballots for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. This contract consists of providing ballot printing services by a designated certified manufacturer and finisher of ImageCast Ballots for the 2026 Gubernatorial/Midterm election cycle. These essential services for the County's VRE operations fulfill a statutory requirement established by the Georgia Secretary of State. This procurement benefits DeKalb County citizens by ensuring essential services are delivered efficiently and responsibly meeting state mandates, promoting fiscal accountability, all while providing transparency and best value for the taxpayer money. This request seeks to increase contract term through December 31, 2026.
