PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2022, under a cooperative agreement in the amount not to exceed $7,781,553.28. This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802. On June 27, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work, funding, contract term through October 31, 2024. Additionally, approved a 5% maximum cost escalation for work completed from January 2023 going forward. This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802 annual contract for the provision of trenchless technology rehabilitation and related services. The County's resulting contract survived the expiration of the Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802.
