PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 8, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $1,168,231.00. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed: $400,000.00. On December 7, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed: 7,656,700.00. On August 16, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. This request seeks to increase the contract's term through December 31, 2026, and funds for continued regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting services for the County. A new solicitation will be forthcoming in 2026.

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,914,175.00.
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
