PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 9, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $170,000.00. This contract consists of providing a customized, cloud-based application designed and integrated into the County's system for the DeKalb First Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) Program. DeKalb LINKS was created to support certification services and/or compliance services. This technology assists the LSBE Program by allowing LSBE applicants to submit their certification information electronically and includes a Contract Compliance module that creates reports that outline the utilization of LSBE contractors.

This request seeks a contract funds and term increase through January 31, 2025. This request also seeks to reconcile previously issued purchase orders and ratify a previously provided thirty (30) day contract term increase, effective as of September 1, 2024.
