PURPOSE:
To consider approving the sale of Surplus County vehicles and pieces of equipment in a public Auction.
NEED/IMPACT:
To dispose of surplus units with the sale of vehicles and pieces of equipment to generate revenue for the County.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The revenue obtained from the sale assists with the budget for the Vehicle Replacement Fund with estimated revenue of $1 million.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents for the sale of vehicles and pieces of equipment.
