PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let State of Georgia Contract No. 99999-SPD-0000219-0002 for the installation of Uniform System-Wide Cloud-Based Security Camera System for 20 library branches and an Administration Center. The anticipated work includes the installation of a cloud-based indoor and outdoor security camera system across all locations. The upgrade will standardize camera equipment with smart technology, centrally managed through an internet-based dashboard. Pricing includes camera installation, Cat6 cabling, labeling, configuration of the Meraki Dashboard, integration of new devices into the network, and five years of licensing and support and a 15% contingency that will be used for potential repairs to walls and finishes following the installation of new conduit, boxes, cameras, and related equipment.
