PURPOSE:

PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. is the sole provider of licensing, maintenance, hosting and support services for the current NOMS system at the DeKalb Peachtree Airport. This request seeks to secure and maintain NOMS services for an initial year and four (4) successive years in order to provide safety and security for the airport for an amount not to exceed $602,171.00. Support and maintenance is necessary for continued airport security and safety as the system provides reliable surveillance data.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval of sole source with:

 

PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. 1 Landmark Square Suite 1905, Stamford, CT 06901

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $602,171.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
