PURPOSE:
Awarded on October 24, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. On January 29, 2024, Change Order No. 1 was approved for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. On June 11, 2024, Change Order No. 2 was approved for an amount not to exceed $40,000.00. On February 25, 2025, Change Order No. 3 was approved to increase the contract funds and term through January 31, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. This contract consists of the purchase of voter location signs. This procurement is essential to the operations of Voter Registration & Elections to prevent any interruption in critical election-related printing services in advance of the upcoming Special Election in March and any subsequent runoff in April, ensuring continuity, compliance, and operational readiness. This request seeks approval to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks approval to increase the contract term through June 30, 2026.
