PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 17, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $2,995,980.00. On September 27, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract’s term through December 31, 2026, and for an amount not to exceed $3,305,688.00. This contract consists of the maintenance and support of the ias World cloud SaaS hosting services. This request seeks to increase the contract’s term through December 31, 2029, and funds for continued hosting services for three (3) years for the purpose of assessing and collecting property taxes.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Tyler Technologies, Inc., 1 Tyler Way, Moraine, OH 45439
Amount Not To Exceed: $4,094,807.88
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
