PURPOSE:
To consider accepting FTA 5310 funds in the amount of $73,093.58 from the Atlanta Regional Commission for Transportation for the period October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026; to approve the required match and to consider authorizing the Finance Department to issue payments to subcontractors using these federal funds.

Some of these funds will also be used for enhancements to the App, that will create new routing and scheduling for all providers: create more in-dept analysis reporting for trending purposes for all data and provide better financial control.

FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact to the County as the required match will be taken from the 2026 Human Services Budget ...
