PURPOSE:
Consists of providing high-impact aviation programming and public event services for the purposes of planning, coordinating, and execution of all aviation-related events for the upcoming 2026 Good Neighbor Day Airshow. These services include enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring continuity of services, streamlining and expediting payment processes associated with airshow performers. Establishing a more efficient and reliable payment mechanism is critical to retaining existing performers and strengthening the County’s ability to attract additional high-quality participants for future events. This firm is the only local organization that offers this combination of aviation-specific event expertise, financial administration services, and on-site presence, all offered at no additional cost to the County.
