PURPOSE:

Awarded on November 17, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.  On February 6, 2018, Change Order No. 1 was approved for an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.  This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through November 30, 2019 with:
