PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2022, as a ratification of emergency services, for an amount not to exceed $975,000.00. On December 6, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $975,000.00. On April 25, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term through June 30, 2024, and funds for an amount not to exceed $1,950,000.00. On June 25, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term through January 31, 2025, and funds for an amount not to exceed $1,137,500.00. This contract consists of weekly debris collection routes at the North Collection Lot, to be transported to and disposed of at the North Transfer Station. This service includes five (5), three (3) person crews to operate in either an 8-yard compactor or F-450 stake body style dump truck. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to increase contract funds and contract term through April 30, 2025, for the continuation of weekly residential debris collection services.
