PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on January 22, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00.  On June 11, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $685,500.00 for demolition and installation of new toilets and urinals in 109 County buildings in accordance with the Consent Decree.  On December 17, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00.  On February 25, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $279,047.62 to complete the Retro-Fit Program.  This request is to exercise the 2nd and final renewal option.
