PURPOSE:

Awarded on December 21, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $99,000.00. Consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide commercial quality janitorial services.  The vendor has provided janitorial services temporarily in order to avoid an interruption in services and until the new contract to Building Maintenance Services was fully executed.  This request is to add additional funding to pay for services through April 28, 2017.
