PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 28, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $737,724.00. This contract consists of the procurement, maintenance and support of a comprehensive body camera system. This request is for continued annual maintenance and support of the body cameras.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through June 30, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $359,400.00 with:
Utility Associates, Inc., 250 E. Ponce de Leon Ave., Decatur, GA 30030
Amount Not To Exceed: $359,400.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
