PURPOSE:
To consider approving an agreement of mutual aid and assistance between DeKalb County, Georgia and the City of Atlanta, Georgia, for law enforcement services.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb County and the City of Atlanta have determined that it is to their mutual advantage and benefit to render supplemental law enforcement services to the other as provided in the Mutual Aid Act.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
