STAFF ANALYSIS: The applicant, Valrie Kong-Quee, is seeking to rezone from R-100 (Residential Medium Lot-100) to C-1 (Local Commercial) Zoning District to allow for an administrative office associated with a landscaping business. Enviro Express Property Management, LLC has a total of eighteen (18) employees, two (2) of which work in the building located at the subject site performing administrative operations from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday.
