PURPOSE:
To consider adopting an initial resolution authorizing the preparation and the distribution of a Preliminary Official Statement and an Official Notice of Sale in connection with the issuance and sale by the County of its Tax Anticipation Notes, due December 30, 2017 in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $_90,000,000 for the purposes of obtaining a temporary loan to pay current expenses during the 2017 calendar year.
