PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $345,999.03. This contract consists of annual maintenance and upgrade services to the existing Fuelmaster System that dispenses and tracks fuel usage for various County vehicles. This request seeks to increase the contract’s term through December 31, 2030, and funds for the four (4)-year purchase of continued annual maintenance services, and to initiate upgrades to the existing Fuelmaster System.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Syntech Systems, Inc., 100 Four Points Way, Tallahassee, FL 32305
Amount Not To Exceed: $532,572.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
