PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let SWC No. 99999-SPD-NVPUT3229-0001 for the annual maintenance and support of the County’s Palo Alto network equipment for the term April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. This request makes products and services available within the router, switch, security and storage networking products and services categories, including the annual maintenance and technical support for all enterprise firewalls used throughout the County. The maintenance includes access to firmware and software updates, and the professional support component which is to install, configure, and manage new emergency security updates and changes.
