PURPOSE:

Consists of providing safety improvements for the Pole Bridge Creek Advance Wastewater Treatment Plant. Some of the safety concerns are loose grating, cracked stair rails, missing toe plates, light fixture, lack of emergency access, etc. One (1) bid was received.     

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend award to the sole bidder, who is responsive and responsible:                                        

 

Sol Construction, LLC, 4120 Presidential Parkway, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30340.

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,186,450.00                                                                                                           

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
