This contract consists of the purchase, installation, and service of; Flock Safety license plate recognition (LPR) cameras, AI enabled drone first responders, mobile security trailers, comprehensive surveillance cameras, and Flock 911. This request seeks to increase the contract funds, scope of services, and term through September 30, 2038. This multiyear "10 year" request will enhance the County's existing public safety platform as well as assist in the implementation of the Real-Time Crime Technology Center. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 24, 2024 in an amount not to exceed $498,750.00. This contract consists of the purchase, installation, and service of Flock Safety LPR cameras. This request seeks to increase the contract funds, scope of services, and term through September 30, 2038. These increases will include, but are not limited to, the provision of: an operating system, additional LPR cameras, drone first responders, mobile security trailers, comprehensive surveillance cameras, gunshot detection, Flock safety NOVA (AI component), Flock 911, community partnership video cameras, as well as installation, customer support, permitting, training, maintenance, and upgrades for the life of the contract and without price increases.
