PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 8, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $1,168,231.00. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed: $400,000.00. This request is to add funds for the remaining 5-year multi-year contract; as well as to add funds for the new regulations promulgated that requires additional efforts on the environmental monitoring, gas collection system infrastructure and expansion; stormwater and groundwater changes.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., 1255 Roberts Blvd., NW, Suite 200 Kennesaw, GA 30144
Amount Not To Exceed: $7,656,700.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
