PURPOSE:
On August 26, 2025, the BOC approved the Consent To Assignment of Contract No. 1218886 to MES Service Company, LLC for an amount not to exceed $268,000.00. This contract consists of the purchase, repair, maintenance, and management of the County’s SCBA equipment. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to increase the contract funds and term through October 30, 2026, for the completion of the new solicitation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No.1 with:
MES Service Company, LLC., 6701-C NorthPark Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28216
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
