PURPOSE:

An Item to Allocate $48,650 from District 5 2024 Art/Graffiti discretionary account fund balance to setup a CIP account for 2025 District 5 Beautification projects and mini grants.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The funding allocated in this agenda item will continue the District 5 Beautification Mini-Grant Program established in 2024. The program is for Homeowner’s/Community/ Business Associations in the 5th District to create beautification projects and make improvements along corridors throughout the 5th district. The goal of the neighborhood mini- grant program is to enhance the aesthetics and enhance the sense of community and environmental wellness throughout the district.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Allocate $48,650 from District 5 2024 Art/Graffiti discretionary account to CIP account for 2025 District 5 Beautification Program
