PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on June 29, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $12,000,000.00. On May 10, 2016, the BOC approved the 1^st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $3,900,000.00. These contracts consist of cleaning the sewer system as it relates to spills and help prevent future spills.

Recommend approval to exercise the 2^nd renewal option through June 30, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $4,680,000.00 with:
