PURPOSE:
Pursuant to the Zoning Code of DeKalb County, CEO Cochran-Johnson hereby appoints Mr. Marion Williams to Post 8 of the DeKalb County Planning Commission. This appointment shall expire upon vacation of CEO Cochran-Johnson from her office or as otherwise determined by law.
NEED/IMPACT:
The DeKalb County Planning Commission hears proposed amendments to the Zoning Code of DeKalb County concerning the zoning map, comprehensive zoning plans, and other proposed changes to the Zoning Code. This Item is submitted by CEO Cochran-Johnson for recording in the minutes. Mr. Marion Williams will replace Ms. Tess Snipes, who will continue to serve until Mr. Williams is appointed and qualified.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the County.
