PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 19, 2023 to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $350,000.00. On April 23, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No.1 to Contract No. 1367273, for an amount not to exceed $210,000.00, to increase contract funds and add Fire Rescue for use of the contract. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 1367273, for an amount not to exceed $23,800.00 to include asbestos abatement prior to demolition. On April 22, 2025, the BOC approved renewal no. 1 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. These contracts consist of providing demolition services for County-owned facilities. This request seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option through March 31, 2027. This request also seeks approval to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County.
