PURPOSE:
Consists of the construction of 5-foot wide sidewalks with 2-foot grass strips, along with curbs and gutters to fill in the voids between the existing segments of the sidewalks to provide connectivity along Flat Shoals Road from the intersection of Second Avenue to just past Whites Mill Road, Henderson Road from the intersection of Henderson Mill Road to the intersection of Lavista Road, and at Salem Road from the intersection of Panola Road to Fannin Drive. In addition, this project includes a timber boardwalk and a pedestrian bridge alongside Henderson Road. The projects have a total gross length of 3.81 miles. Three (3) bids were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
