PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let GSA MAS Contract No. 47QSWA18D008F for the one-year subscription of Commvault cloud backup & recovery systems for the Microsoft 365 Enterprise and virtual machines within the County. This purchase provides backup solutions for the County's data and digital files, safeguarded in various secure locations on-site, while also monitoring the well-being of the data. Failure to complete this purchase would compromise the County's cloud backup and recovery systems, becoming exposed to crucial data loss. In an event of a cyber-attack or natural disaster, the County will not be able to recover its digital files. Computacenter US, Inc. is an authorized reseller for these services.
